The Fine Print

1.  Deposits are required to hold an item.

2.  Payment for items is due on receipt of invoice for said items.

3.  All pre-ordered dolls take 4 to 6 weeks to deliver.  (Read A Note about the meaning of PRE-ORDER)

4.  If I cannot fill your Pre-Order, your deposit will be returned.

5.  Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable except for #3 above.  When you place a deposit on a doll it means that I have to pay for it in full.  Azone does not do refunds and once a doll is pre-ordered someone must pay for it.  So if you decide you don't want the doll, I use that deposit to put towards it and the rest comes out of my pocket.

6.  I reserve the right to refund your money and re-sell the item(s) you purchased, if I have been trying to contact you about the item(s) you ordered and not getting any response from you 2 weeks after issuing you a shipping invoice.

7.  When placing a Pre-Order, the "Full Price" on the site is what that doll would cost at that point in time.  The word "aproximate or approximately is used to denote that this is only a guess at the price.  This appoximate price will include Shipping & Handling fees.

8.  Shipping & Handling fees are paid by the buyer, they include Import duty and Paypal fees.  This is also approximate as the fees change in regard to the price.

9. Price, including Shipping & Handling Fees is claculated by an Excel program.  I now use a CAD version for Tasian.ca and a US version for TasinaUS.com. 

10.  I use Tracked Packet or Expedited shipping and all items must be declared for the actual value, because in Canada it is a Federal offense to make a false Customs declaration.

11.  I do not update the Full Price every day.  It is physically imporssible to do so.  I am in the process of trying to write a program that will do this for me. 

12.  All dolls must be insured for their value.

13.  You must contact me within a week of receiving the doll for a refund if the doll is defective. You cannot just request a refund if you just don't like the doll.

14.  I do not give partial refunds for problems that may or may not have occured during shipping. All items leave here in the condition described. I cannot be responsible for the Post Office's carelessness.  If the doll has been damaged in transit, you have one option. You may put in a claim to your Post Office. The doll left me in perfect condition or condition as stated. If the doll is not in that condition when it arrives, it is the Post Office's problem.

15.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item.

16.  Maximum time allowed for a Layaway is 4 months.  If you intiate a LAYAWAY, and fail to make ONE payment on the layaway, your layaway will be canceled and your previous payments refunded.
